HOUSE AND LAND PHOTOGRAPHY

Full ground and drone package  -  25 photos  =  $350 + Mileage (if any) + GST

Ideal for most Far North properties. The inclusion of drone shots enables us to put your property in context, showing the layout of the land, how close it is to the beach, how peaceful and secluded it is, etc.  Ground shots capture greater detail, the house interior and the views.

Ground photography only  –  20 photos  =  $250 + Mileage (if any) + GST

A great option for those wanting to limit their marketing spend and for properties where the immediate context is less of a selling point.  We will capture the look and feel of your property and key features likely to attract the interest of potential buyers.

Drone photography only  –  10 photos  =  $200 + Mileage (if any) + GST

An option for those who already have some great ground based shots but want to put a property in context or show aspects that cannot be captured from the ground.

 Please note - The number of photographs listed for each photography package is a minimum guarantee.  Where possible, we provide additional photographs over and above this minimum.

HIGH END AND BUSINESS PHOTOGRAPHY - Price on application

Marketing a high end property or a business such as a hotel, guest house or farm operation often requires a more comprehensive approach than other types of real estate.  This might include a larger photo-essay and/or a video guide or tour to explain the full extent of what is on offer.  If this sounds like what you need, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss options and pricing.

REAL ESTATE VIDEOGRAPHY - Price on application

To really take your marketing to the next level we can create a combined ground and drone based video tour.  This option is ideal for marketing high-end properties and businesses that need to target a small and/or affluent niche market and distant buyers.  Our award winning videographer, Toby Ricketts, will film, cut and produce a high definition 4K video with audio accompaniment.

MILEAGE

We are based near Mangonui and calculate our additional mileage charges based on a rough estimate of travel distance from there.  We do not charge any additional mileage for properties in Mangonui, Coopers Beach, Cable Bay and Taipa.  A guide to our mileage charges is set out below.  

Zone 1 – Including, Mangonui, Coopers Beach, Cable Bay, Taipa, Hihi and Peria  -  No additional mileage charge

Zone 2 - Including, Kaitaia, Karikari Peninsula, Kaingaroa, Totara North, Whangaroa and Kaeo  -  $50 mileage charge

Zone 3 – Including, Kerikeri, Matuari Bay, Ahipara and Houhora -  $75 mileage charge

Zone 4 - Including, Paihia, Kawakawa, Kaikohe, Kohukohu and Rawene  -  $100 mileage charge

Zone 5 – East of Paihia or South of Kawakawa / Kaikohe / Rawene -  Mileage charge calculated on request

PROFESSIONAL COPYWRITING

While a picture can paint a thousand words, words are incredibly important to any marketing strategy.  Words put images in context, identify key selling points not able to be captured in a photo (e.g. proximity to local amenities, infrastructure connections and development potential) and highlight the best that a property has to offer.  This could be watching the sunset over the sea, drinking fresh water from a nearby spring or enjoying year round fruit from an established orchard.

Our creative expert, Marianna Fenn, has studied and worked in a wide range of fields, including photography, law, conservation biology and high-end hospitality.  She has a flair for creative and persuasive writing, and an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.  We encourage clients to draw on her creativity, skill and experience by adding copywriting to their photography package to give their listing a real marketing edge.
